Buying KL
And this might be your only chance to do so, IF we muster our voting strength and vote for our lovely capital city. I’m referring to World Edition Monopoly (unless you’re really rich and actually plan to buy over KL) where the cities on the game board are determined by the number of votes it gets on the Monopoly website.

Okay, so maybe KL appeared in the Malaysian edition before. We have that right?

KL doesn’t stand a chance of appearing in the game at the moment.
But don’t you worry if you want to see Paris, London or Amsterdam (sorry, i can’t remember any other cities XD) in there as well, you’ve got 10 votes you can use everyday! It’s kind of troublesome though, requiring you to register before you can vote (just your email address and a password) but it’s worth it if you really really DESPERATELY want to give KL some worldwide publicity.
So what are you waiting for (besides the slow internet connection), go and do the right thing! Let’s beat Singapore! Let’s get Kuala Lumpur on the worldwide scene, one board game at a time. And while we’re at it, beat Singapore! XD Forgive my obsession towards our southwardly neighbours.
THE END
p.s. Thanks to Merdurian who posted about this first. KL FTW!

Yikes, i should refer to you as Vickie and not Merdurian. Haha.. Yup, we’ve still got a chance to push it all the way up till then. Just make sure not to vote for those who are already above us, it’s quite redundant that way. XD
BYE!
p.s. We went back down to 50th? Nooo..
